A defect as small as a nail hole can cause thousands of dollars in water damage. Defects are often hidden in the attic, crawlspace, basement, electrical panel or on the roof. These areas can be difficult and dangerous  to access without the right tools.

Inspections cost $200-400.  If it makes you feel more comfortable, you can pay a lot more by choosing another company that is a franchise, has an extra layer of management, a store front, or gives "discount" coupons. If you simply want the most thorough inspection, for the best price, call. I encourage you to attend the full inspection. This usually takes about 4 hours.  You get many tips on maintenance.
